Goes well with Far Eastern dishes such as a fish curry or Tandoori Chicken. Goes well with Austrian home cooking, e.g. Baked things like veal sweetbreads or fried chicken with potato salad. The wine also goes well with Fegato alla Veneziana (veal liver) or a Greek Moussaka.
