Taking into account all standards, guidelines and customer requirements, the new product is developed and simultaneously tested in our prototype construction.
The stability of our products is very important to us. Our innovative foundation solutions for a wide variety of soils are well-known in the PV industry. In addition to the necessary soil analyses and the static calculations, we also do live tests including all documentation.
Our location in Trins is not only home to Hilber Solar's research and innovation center, but also to our prototype construction facility. Here, the production-ready and tested products for pilot series or initial projects can also be manufactured. For large projects, we offer sales and manufacturing of our products together with our strong partner companies. This makes us a holistic expert for every photovoltaic project.
Business process - product development
Our development process is fully documented from the idea to the finished series product and includes defined procedures, responsibilities and decision-making processes. The necessary patent searches and confidentiality are also very important to us.
The basis for our product developments is a 4-phase plan that includes several "gates" or decision points. The entire development process is documented by a requirements specification, a project schedule and many sub-reports.
