What began in 1991 with Franz Hilber ‘s vision is now an internationally active company for innovative and reliable photovoltaic solutions. As one of the solar pioneers in Tyrol, Franz Hilber developed his own system concepts early on – including the tracking “Mover”, which follows the course of the sun and thus maximizes the energy yield throughout the day.
Since 2012, Hilber Solar has been strategically developed by Thomas Hilber. Today, the focus is on holistic, scalable energy solutions that enable an energy self-sufficient future.
In the field of agrivoltaics, Hilber Solar is actively involved in the development of standards – including as a co-designer of the German DIN SPEC for agrivoltaics. This practical experience flows directly into project implementation.
